Czesław Podleśny
Urodzony w 1959 r. w Rybniku. Absolwent Państwowego Liceum Sztuk Plastycznych im. Antoniego Kenara w Zakopanem. Od 1980 do 1982 roku studiował na wydziale rzeźby w Państwowej Wyższej Szkole Sztuk Plastycznych w Gdańsku. Od 1982-1985 studiował na Akademii Sztuk Pięknych w Warszawie na wydziale rzeźby. Dyplom z wyróżnieniem w pracowni prod. S. Kulona otrzymał w 1985 roku. Jest współzałożycielem (wraz z J. Foberem a A. Szarkiem) grupy artystycznej "...Kim jesteś".
Trzykrotny stypendysta Ministra Kultury i Sztuki.
W 1993 był zaproszony przez Maryland Institute, College of Art. w Baltimore do przeprowadzenia programu artystycznego ze studentami oraz w 1994 był artystą - rezydentem zaproszonym przez Clay-Studio w Philadelphia i Pottery School w Tuscarora, Nevada U.S.A.
Prezentował swoje prace na 19 wystawach indywidualnych, 13 wystaw z grupą "...Kim jesteś" oraz na 41 wystawach zbiorowych. Zorganizował 2 happeingi, uczestniczył w 22 Międzynarodowych Sympozjach rzeźbiarskich.
